概要

2007 Manager-Legal: in Al Noor Group of Companies since May 2007 to present.

a. The scope of work consist litigations in Civil Courts, District Courts, Labour Courts, High Courts and Supreme Courts or any other quasi Judicial Court, throughout in Pakistan;

b. Dealing with all kind of legal matters throughout Pakistan; also knowledge of the Drug and Pure Food Laws, Intellectual property laws, action against unscrupulous manufacturers, counterfeiting;

c. Finalizing and reviewing the drafts of Petitions, Suits, Civil and Criminal matters pending litigations in Court as per stage processes, agreements, show cause notices, letters, reports etc;

d. Preparing the officers for evidence, cross examination to be conducted in courts or arbitration, and other misc legal guide lines;

e. Preparing point wise brief histories of matters for legal action; in any Courts of Law and government departments, or any other purpose etc;

f. managing of external and internal matters, inquires of Officers including workers according to Sindh Terms of Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 2015, with initiating disciplinary actions;

g. Perusing and monitoring Constitution Petition, Civil, Criminal, Banking, Labour matters; quasi judicial court, or pending in any departments;

h. Legal assistance to Factory Management in respect of Negotiation of Chartered of Demand, and support even in the Labour Department; or in any departments in Pakistan;

i. monitoring all general/local Litigation for and providing external counsel guidance and monitoring their progress and reporting the same to the Higher Management on a weekly basis;

j. Inspecting and surprise visiting at site offices, legal audit documentations into over all group; and suggestions;

k. To make recommendations to the Legal Compliance System in line with the changing Laws/Regulations. Such revisions to be circulated among the management for compliance of the same;
