I have been blessed with over twenty-one years of working experience for some of the market leaders in the field of FMCG, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Utilities and Media. It’s been a wonderful experience so far, where I have been honored with multiple highest job awards throughout my career tenure for contributing and achieving excellence in my job.
I have been privileged to work for multiple domains, including programmer, data analyst, and as a researcher. I have worked on PMI (Philip Morris) account for four consecutive years, and with opportunities, I have been honored by won many awards for providing excellent services and enhancing client confidence.
Automation/Data Mining is my passion, and I believe that automation is the key to success. Along with my programming and Microsoft Excel Macro expert skill-sets, I am able to automate all sorts of activities over my career, and for this, I was well appreciated and awarded during my career by both employer and customers.

· Launched Budgeting tool for “Research Budgeting Planner”/Data Quality Analysis tools in Nielsen Company.
· Designed Customized Research Field Costing planner.
· Conduct Training programs for research tools like Quanvert /Survey Reporter & Optima to client servicing team in 22 countries.
· Visited SHARJAH for training on Dashboard, AL-JAZEERA TV channel in Qatar to present my own developed tool "Optima Crosstab Software"

Responsibilities & projects:
· Managing data processing team
· Performing statistical analysis using SPSS and other software
· Servicing the research department – agreeing and meeting deadlines
· Supervising the CATI department and helping the CATI manager to improve system and productivity.
· Managing the interface between the DP and research department – helping the research department take data forward into presentation charts; training researchers in software to help do data querying and multivariate analysis.
