·         Responsible for managing the relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies (PDMA, DDMA, and NDMA), NGOs, and the local community. This includes communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that stakeholders are engaged throughout the project.
Project Implementation:
·         Oversee the implementation of the project, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner. This includes managing the project team, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and overseeing the delivery of equipment and materials.
Risk Management:
·         Responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks. This includes assessing potential risks, developing risk management plans, and implementing risk mitigation strategies
Reporting:
·         Responsible for preparing regular project reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
Evaluation:
·         Responsible for evaluating the success of the project and identifying opportunities for improvement. This includes conducting post-project evaluations, analyzing project data, and developing recommendations for future projects
 

·         Identify priority Community Institutions (CO/VO/LSO) in Project areas and formation of their BDGs to develop their Business Plans.
·         Facilitate SMTs and community institutions across the district in the identification of the suitable business.
·         Contribute to identifying proper resources and assisting the BDGs in the execution of Business for the program
