Business Analyst
The primary responsibility being a Business Analyst in MCB is:
Providing analytic support towards setting sales targets & developing targeted incentive plans with focus on increasing staff productivity. Ensure data enhancement initiatives are appropriately prioritized and implemented on time.
To be responsible for delivering analysis that enables the relevant teams to monitor & manage the health of the portfolio, as well as business activities and results effectively.
To Monitor and pre-screen the flow of information / data directed to the line manager
Extract data from several resources , convert them in a meaningful data
Establish strong MIS & business indicators highlighting the various aspects of businesses. Reporting of the same to the relevant personnel as and when required. Responsible to keep backup of all relevant data
Gather informative data from key internal and external stakeholders
Creates diagrams, and charts to provide elaborative description to the team
