DRILLING OIL PLANT:
1) Control liquid liquid extraction & re-extraction of Benzene-aromatics by using solvents.(NMP & N-Heptane)
2) Control steam stripping of hydrocarbons.
3) Control adiabatic Dehydration of Raffinate and Benzene Aromatics. (Hydrocarbons).
4) Control recovery of Solvents (NMP & N-Heptane).
5) Monitor process and production parameters, analysing process, equipment performance. .
6) Pre-commissioning, Start up, Shut down, Trouble shooting, Emergency handling of plant.
7) Operate Special oils unit with HONEYWELL PLC.
TRANSFORMER OIL PLANT:
8) Control Liquid Liquid Extraction of Paraffin (Waxy Oil) from Transformer Oil by Using Urea Solution as a Solvent by Low Temperature Dewaxing.
9) Control Dewaxing By Chilling
10) Control Dehydration of Hydrocarbons
11) Control Steam stripping of Hydrocarbons
12) Control Urea Solutions preparation
13) Control Washing & Dehydration of Spent Urea solution
14) Control regeneration of spent Solution by Crystallization.
15) Operate Transformer oil unit with ICS (Simmons) PLC.
16) .Follow work order & work permit procedures according to types of jobs and prepares equipment’s for required job as per standard procedure and place back on line upon completion. Includes de-pressurizing/pressurizing, purging, isolating and releasing/ receiving equipment.
17) To log down parameters and plant status.
18) Prepare Daily Production and Consumption reports, Daily process log sheets.

1) Control Reaction of Phosphate Rock with Sulphuric acid in Den Reactor.
2) Control Mixing of acid Rock with Fixed proportion.
3) Control Scrubbing of Gases from Den Reactor and Neutralization of acidic waste.
4) Control Ultra-fine Grinding of Phosphate Rock in close circuit Grinding system using Hammer Crusher and Ball mill (45 T0ns/hr) from lumps to 200 Mesh.
5) Control Heavy equipment’s like: Ball Mill Classifier Gird separator cyclone equipment Bag filter lumps crusher.
6) Participate in Erecting, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Final Start Up of Plant.
