• Coordinate & control issues / matters related to arrangement of logistics activities.
• Managing distribution network in the region.
• Active logistics participation and arrangements for HSD/PMG/HOBC/FFO & Lube product movement to feed local site, commercial and bulk customers.
• Performing physical reporting activities and witnessing the Other OMCs tank Lorries in order to fulfill the claim of carriage contractors.
• Coordinating with operations staff for the availability of product on daily basis.
• Close Coordination with internal retail and operations teams and maintain the communication flow.
• Monthly analysis of distribution reports and matters
• Coordinate with Liaison Officers, carriage Inspectors, and carriage Representatives for the smooth delivery of product as per the requirements of customer

• Managing port\'s Yard and gate operations e.g. FCL/Empty containers inbounding or out bounding activities and ensure that everything shall remain under control to avoid revenue leakage for company.
• Using ERP of the port PROMIS (Ports operation, management and information system) and CAMCO to support the automated and manual terminal\'s yard and gate functions
• Lesion with shipping line and agents with provision of full customer support to them.
• Following standing instructions by customer and revising the urgent requests accordingly.
• Working through Port\'s ERP and MDT for container’s inspection, seal authentication and to update the condition of containers.
• Weighing the cargo and analyzing tare weight as well as maximum gross weights of FCL and Empty units at DP world\'s weighbridge.
• Inspection of the FCL, MT or out of gauge cargo units and ensure that the applicable charges are covered before releasing or accepting any container on port.
• Handling quires for damaged containers or re-grounding the Dubai customs and Dubai municipality detained containers on port.

• Managing activates like material transfer from site to site, site to warehouse, warehouse to site, warehouse to warehouse, port to site or port to warehouse.
• Handling in house software of HUAWEI e.g. Component of executive system (CES) and HUAWEI transportation management (HTM) for material inbounding/out bounding and for tender issuance to LSP.
• Choose effective and efficient mode of transportation before assigning any transportation tender to LSP.
• Close tracking of shipments and liaison with internal custom clearance team so to meet upcoming project team material related demands.
• Intervening between project team, MR team and LSP to attain the ultimate goal of the organization.
• Subcontractor management, inspection of subcontractor warehouse facility and make sure they follow company rules and standard operating procedures for keeping company’s material.
• Keep double check on LSPs claimed payment / accessorial charges after successful delivery.
