Answer all incoming emails to the customers with their questions, issues and solve properly.
Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
Maintain service level
Escalate issues to relevant team internally or externally if needed
Á Handle all enquiries from students, their parents and teachers in a courteous way
Á Process incoming applications for admissions
Á Monitor and process registration forms
Á Assist with the hiring, recruitment, training, and onboarding of new teachers.
Á Managing school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
Á Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Á Any other task given by the management.
Á Greet visitors and welcome them warmly
Á Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and keep messages
Á Receive mails and distribute them
Á Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Á Dealing with vendors, maintain inventory and ordered when necessary
Á Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
Á Answer inquiries about company.
Á Ensure reception area is tidy.
Á Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Á Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Á Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Á Schedule follow-up appointments.
Á Any other task given by the management.
Performs surveys with the survey team
Assists manager in data collection activities
 Performs data entry procedures
