Project: Construction of Govt. Middle School at Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Station, Badaber, Peshawar
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct site surveys and prepare layouts.
• Prepare and obtain approval for shop drawings from the consultant.
• Prepare & submit Bill of Quantities & Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), ensuring their approval.
• Regularly inspect ongoing activities at the site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Arrange necessary resources for the smooth execution of the project.
• Prepare technical proposals and bid documents.
• Attend pre-tender and tender meetings.
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
