My prime responsibility is to enhance sale volume, strengthen the business relationships with bankers, private parties and corporate sector. Lead generates for new business initiation with financial institutions, corp customers and making policies for business development. As well as I try to minimize the outstanding receivable status. All regular banks and big businesses are our customers and I do regular visits to the customers and ask them about business position or any complain regarding services. I try to remove their complaints through best possible way and instruct the sales team to ensure quality services with minimum turnaround time.


Collaborate with sales team to create and train lead qualification process. Hire high-performing salespeople according to HR staffing guidelines. Train new sales people to ensure success. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews. Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership. Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis. Implement performance plans according to company procedure. Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports. Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications. Train and ensure adherence to sales process. Look after 2.00 Million of sales including corporate, commercial, consumer and trade banking products.


Organizing business training workshops (event management services). To keep self-updated on product knowledge and market opportunities.
