1.Site Preparation, Material Procurement, Site Management, 2.Monitor site Supervisor work, Informs and assign site Supervisors.
3.Preparation of weekly/Monthly work schedules for site Engineers with the coordination of Project Manager.
4.To prepare the site execution report with the coordination of Site Engineer & Q.S section.

1.Quality review of structural calculations and contract documents. Participating meeting with Clients and project team.
2.Assist with project budget and schedule management. Structural analysis and design.
3.Contract documents preparation including Plans, Specifications and estimates Leveling & Surveying also.

1.Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigation.Using a range of computer package for developing detailed design.
2.Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations. Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and sub-contractors.
3.Resolving design and development oroblems. Managing budgets and project resources.
4.Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.Ensuring projects run smoothly and Structures are completed within budget and on time.

1.Managing ans Planning the construction project.Solving construction problems as soundly as possible.
2.Selecting the ideal equipments to be used.Controlling the cost of materials and labor.
3.Scheduling the construction work.Obtaining the construction materials and verifying.
4.Plan the work and efficiency organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
5.Communicate with clients and their representatives(architects, Engineers and Surveyors), including attending regular meetings.
6.Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.

1.Ensure a consistently high standar of work is executed in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
2.Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
3.Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the construction Programme.
4.Schedule, control and monitor all plant and material on weekly basis.Fulfill the role od temporary works Co-ordinator when required.
5.Resolve any unaspected and technical difficulties and others problems that may arise.
6.Oversee Quality control, health and safety matters on site.
7.Prepare reports as required
