• To initiate the sensitization and realization process at the Mohalla/UC level in the villages.
• Organize collective community meetings ensuring the representation of at least 70% house Hold of the
village to discuss the formation of the community organization.
• Conduct Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in the village to enhance awareness of the community on
available resources, its Utilization, social trends, events occurrence etc. and use the PRA in the village
Planning.
• Facilitate the CO in preparing the Community Action Plan (CAPs)
• Sensitize and educate the CO of self- help initiatives.

To facilitate cotton grower about crop issues, famers gathered fortnightly for conduct lecture about
current issues, visit in crop field, aware and implemented six production principles, crop protection, soil
management, water management, natural habitat management, fiber quality and decent work.
