 Job Responsibilities:
ü  Managing and dealing all site activities
ü  Planning for risk,  procurement and Human resources 
ü  Preparation of time network diagram and Managing activities according to  it
ü  Dealing with all site engineers, Consultants, concern departments and other stakeholders.
ü  Guide the junior for well executing and quality work
ü  Update and manage Site register, Stakeholder register.
ü  Checking of Prepared Bar-Bending Schedules, running bills, builds drawings etc.
ü  Processing check request and change requests.
ü  Preparation Revised Estimate of the project as per drawing and site.

Project: Construction of Concrete Road in District Mohmand.
Client: United Arab Emirate 
Under the supervision of FWO Pakistan.
1.      Job Responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor  :                           
ü  Estimation of Road
ü  Estimation of Culverts, Small Bridges
ü  Estimation of Drains
ü  Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, running bills etc.
ü  Prepare timely progress reports, activity plans.
 
2.      Job Responsibilities as Land Surveyor:                          
Ø  Leveling of Road in various phases of construction as per drawing
Ø  Layout, Construction and  leveling of Culverts and small bridges
Ø  Layouts of Drains and Manholes
Ø  Working on site landscaping, earth work, pavements, retaining wall, curb, backfilling and compaction.
Ø  Maintaining daily progress report.

   Project: Construction of High Level three Span 100m Concrete Bridge
                     Ghazi Baig District Mohmand.
 Job Responsibilities:                                                                         
Ø  Layout and monitoring of project. Preparation of time schedule
Ø  Finalizing and submitting the running bills and Shop drawings
Ø  Coordinate the financial planning and budget process
Ø  Managing Cash for Work and daily attendance for all manpower which has related to construction site.
Ø  Checking and maintaining timely progress reports, activity plans and procurement plans in concert and consultation with Chief Engineer.
