Most of my work experience as a manager is from UK. I have worked in departmental stores as supervisor and manager. I have worked in a mobile shop as a sales assistant for three months. I have learned best customer service and human resource management there. Along with my job I continued my business studies up to Advanced diploma level.
After coming back to Pakistan in 2011 I worked in one of the top call centers Touchstone and few other good companies that added to my knowledge and experience to a great extent. And now I am working at WORK LLC at Behria Town Islamabad as QA Manager since June 2017.
My job responsibilities include:
• Managing the QA team and guiding them in call evaluations for various projects.
• Doing QA Sessions with new trainees as well experienced CSRs to help them improve their quality.
• Sending emails and QA reports to management and CSRs on daily basis.
• Setting and implementing new QA parameters as per varying clients’ demands.
