MANAGER VOLUNTARY SURGICAL SERVICES
Responsible for achieving 100% targets including training while ensuring that both theoretical and clinical trainings are provided to the providers.
Conduct quality visits to VSC providers.
Responsible to do the VSC back checks nationally to revalidate the field back checks
Ensure that providers are 100% active while make endeavors to transform inactive providers into active.
Ensure collection of VSC cases data from providers and reimbursement of VSC payment to the providers on monthly basis
Make sure that VSC SOPs are strictly complied with by respective staff.
Ensure compliance of Technical Clinic Assessment Tool during DMSS visits to trained VSC providers
Any other task(s) assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
