Managing multiple projects including mobile applications and AI project

The company is a US based company and deals in pharmaceuticals. I am managing tha iOS application development project for this company. I have working under me a team of 5 people. Two of them are based in Lahore rest are in US.

Working as Project Manager.

● UOB (January 2019 - April 2019)
UOB Singapore (United Overseas Bank Limited) is a bank headquartered in Singapore with operations mainly in South-East Asian countries. It is an ML Training project. Its purpose is to familiarize bankers with the AI/ML Technologies.
○ Bank Requirements analysis
○ Outline the course to be delivered and Sign off
○ Providing the plan
○ Booking training location
○ Collecting feedback and implementing it
○ Delivering certificates on course completion



● ONE Shipping (January 2019 - April 2019)
Ocean Network Express (ONE), is a Japanese container shipping company that is headquartered in Tokyo and Singapore. Project being carried out is to predict that on which of the given seaport will the truck get empty at? We need to move data from Oracle to Big Query and build and ML Pipeline and do Machine learning to predict the output.

● EZLink (January 2019 - April 2019)

The project I am leading is to detect the anomaly in the transaction through implementing the rules laid out by Singapore monetary authority and ML.

Working on developing a Web based product for Cancer Hope Network. Language being used for development is .NET. The application will be deployed at the hospitals to track and keep the record of new patients calling in and already registered patients.

U-Blox which was a Swiss based company. The Lahore branch of U-blox deals with protocol stack development and embedded systems. I worked as a Project Manager over there leading different stack development projects and managed from requirements gathering to release delivery. I used different project management tools like JIRA, SVN, Perforce, ATF and Django reporting. Also worked closely with the developers in customising JIRA and Django reporting structures.

Conduct Maths, Science, Geography and History grade 5 classes.
