JOB DESCRIPTION.
Monitoring the Operation and maintenance of Plant. To achieve the target figures of efficiency and production. Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to run plant smoothly. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately. To approve Daily Material Balance, Production and down time reports. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvementsRecovery of Condensate by Blow case system. Maintenance of Reciprocating Compressor (AJAX DPC 2804 Non – LE) Job safety analysis and permit to work system. Troubleshooting and Diagnosis. Providing technical support to Operators. Modification in existing system as per applicable codes and standard. Preparation and interpreting Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Process and Instrumentations diagrams (P & ID’s) Co- Ordination with services Department (Maintenance and Instrumentation)
AREAS DURING TRAINING COVERED:
Oil & Gas Wellhead operations (Equipped with Wellhead Control Panels) Tank Farm which includes: 1. Crude oil separation. 2. Crude oil sweetening and stabilization. 3. Crude oil storage & pumping through pipelines. Gas sweetening (MEA & MDEA). (Designed on 20 and 30 MMSCFD) Gas Dehydration: By TEG. (Designed on 30 MMSCFD) By Molecular Sieves. Sulphur recovery units. LPG & NGL Recovery Plant by using Turbo Expander (Designed on 75 MMSCFD) Solvent oil extraction from crude oil and NGL. Gas compression with PLC operated centrifugal Compressor. Reciprocating compressor. Annual shutdown & Implementation plans for the plant. Co-ordination with services departments (Mechanical, E & I, Safety). Operations & inventory control at LPG Bottling plant (110 MTD). 20,000 BPD of crude oil decanting, metering and pumping facility.
