Responsible for Maintenance & troubleshooting of Tetra Pak Juice Line, Veolia Water Treatment Plant & Van der Molen Sugar Dissolving plant.
Involve in making Preventive Maintenance Schedule on weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annualy basis for Tetra & Processing Section
Make Annual Maintenance budget plan for the Tetra & Processing Section.
Involve in planning of dead Inventory reduction and new purchase management by effective utilization of existing inventory.
Responsible for any new projects establish in the Tetra & Processing section.

Main Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for managing operational and maintenance activities in the shift. (Pre-Processing, Processing, Filling, Distribution Equipments)
- Report daily, weekly and annualy basis to senior management about the equipment fitness installed on either floor or remote locations.
- Maintain Spare Parts Inventory to optimal level.
- Plan Preventive maintenance activities with TetraPak by effectively utilizing the TPMS System.
- Analyze Operational and maintenance cost per pack quarterly to set new goals accordingly.
- Assist Quality department in maintaining food safety, GMPs and AIBI requirements in the area.
- Building Lean and continuous culture in the team
- Implementation of equipment condition monitoring sheets to maintain machine efficiency more than 95%.
- Implementing M&W System, a PEPSI CO. Continuous Improvement System, in Manufacturing and Warehousing department.
- Make Data Collection Sheets of M&W KPIs for Production Department and Conduct Operators and Engineers Training on data collection.
- Tracking Water and Energy usage on Monthly frequency and share their results with Senior Management.

Key Task was to market our products in North Territory and sustaining existing customer.
Assist Manager North in planning, sales, Marketing and Promotions.
