Im a young professional work on different Training Capacity Development, Education, Social Mobilization and Livelihood initiatives with Creative Approach for Development (CAD) Chitral. In which I have closely worked with local community and student capacity building to enhance their income generation activities. We have trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs and youth in different trades, so that they can be a better and productive part of the society. Besides capacity building I was also responsible for monitoring and supervision of field activities and their reporting to stakeholders and higher management.
Recently working in a project of STATE BANK. State Bank of Pakistan in collaboration with National Institute of Banking and Finance is implementing National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y). Basic aim of the program is to impart essential financial education to Pakistani youth and school going children for strengthening their money management skills and enhancing their understanding of financial matters.

The State Bank of Pakistan (Central Bank), through National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF), is launching a 5-year National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y) to impart basic financial education among Pakistani Youth and School going Children for strengthening their money management skills and understanding of financial issues. The NFLPY program aims to directly reach 1.6 million target groups across the country with key messages of why and how to budget, save, invest, and use financial products and services.
Description
• Management and supervision of project activities at field level.
• Coordination and smooth implementation of project activities within the targeted area.
• Liaison and partnering with institutes for capacity building of youth throughout the district as per SOP’s of the project.
• Team management and ensuring equal participation of all team players to ensure delivery of service with equal participation.
• Planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluation and Reporting of activities in field.
• To ensure that all the activities are conducted in compliance with the work plan and milestones set for better delivery.
Delivery of training to youth in different educational institutions i.e. Universities, Colleges Schools, and TEVTS.
• Management and supervision of project activities in field.
• To facilitate and support field team for better and smooth implementation of project.
• Development of linkages with different stakeholders i.e. Universities, Colleges, Schools and other Govt departments.
• Ensuring logistic support to field team for timely delivery of training.
• To educate the youth regarding budgeting, formal financial services, saving, banking & accounts.
• To promote banking sector and opening of accounts in commercial banks for circulation of money in the economy.
• To guide the youth for utilization of better financial serices.
• To implement the project activities in field.
I joined Creative Approach for Development (CAD) as an intern / field supervisor. CAD is a local non-government organization working for the better of local community in different fields in district Chitral. It has rendered great services in different fields like community mobilization, training and capacity building, rural development and physical infrastructure schemes. My role was to look after day to day field related activities and their supervision for smooth implementation. Beside which I was also given task to build better working relations with other stakeholders and make them inform about our activities.
Responsibilities Include:
• To build linkages among local community and other stakeholders like civil society organizations.
• To facilitate team regarding field activities.
• Tracking field activities as per project document.
• Submission of field visit reports, Case Studies and Success Stories.
• Identification of schemes and finalization as per consultation with upper management.
• Fallow Up of awareness raising sessions and other capacity building initiatives.
• Issue resolution in field and local community.
