Identify business opportunities and target markets
Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
Identify each potential customer’s needs
Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
Develop detailed territory plans
Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
Follow up on service and product once the delivery has been made
Research market trends and products
Arrange meetings with potential clients

OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in Preparing Monthly Attendance.
• Maintaining records of all related project staff.
• Maintain personal file of all projects staff as per check list.
• Insure timely communication on employment changing i.e. Resignations, Termination, Leave application and other personal related information to respective line manager.
• Maintain attendance record of all project and core staff.
• Provide assistance to line HR officer in recruiting staff, job description, preparing advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting candidates and conduct reference checks.
• Any other task assigned by line Manager / HR /Admin Officer
