This is Asim Aziz, an experienced Medical Transcriptionist/Writer and skilled MS Office Operator. Over the last 14 years, I have been doing the transcription jobs for a number of clients on different platforms that have enhanced my skills and expertise. My job duties involved:
*Listening US/Canadian doctors audio files in which they dictate their patients’ medical histories and transcribing them into Microsoft Word documents.
*Set up and maintain medical files and database, including records such as x-ray, lab, procedure reports, medical histories, diagnostic workups, admission and discharge summaries.
*Return dictated reports in printed or electronic form for physician’s review, signature, corrections, or for inclusion in patient’s medical records.
*To ensure the accuracy of the healthcare facility records.
*Perform data entry and data retrieval services.
*Typing speed of 80 wpm

I have also worked in both management and administrative capacity. I am extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, and am also very familiar with the internet and all its applications.
