I have 12 years of extensive experience in project development, formulation, implementation, oversight, performance monitoring, and impact evaluation of small to medium-sized infrastructure projects during and post-construction. My main objective has been to enhance decision-making, manage risks, increase safety, boost productivity, optimize designs, and reduce costs. Throughout my professional career, I have also been involved in designing, developing, and implementing emergency response programs, with a specific focus on WASH/NFI, Shelter, and livelihood components in drought, flood, and earthquake-affected areas in Pakistan. I have successfully managed staff for emergency response and development projects, ensuring capacity building and knowledge transfer to technical and project teams.
I hold a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and have completed postgraduate studies in the same field. I have also published research papers and participated in regional exchange forums on WASH resilience and sustainability in Nepal, Thailand Singapore and Malaysia.

While working for both national and international organizations, including the European Union Delegation, International Rescue Committee IRC, WWF-Pak, ACTED International, Concern Worldwide, IDRF-Canada, Solidarities International, Malteser International, UNICEF, and RSPN, I have honed my expertise in the following areas
1. Develop ER/WASH strategies, construction and environmental management plans (CEMP), technical SOPs/guidelines, and project/programme management and control, including funds management and donor reports.
2. Staff management, training, and knowledge transfer.
3. Integration of gender, DRR, and protection perspectives in all development and emergency projects.
4. Liaison and collaboration with relevant local and national authorities, stakeholders, and representation of organizations in relevant forums/clusters/working groups.

13. Leadership of the WASH/Infrastructure section of PINS ER 3 Project Program for improved nutrition in Sindh for four years. Proficiency in developing life cycle cost analysis (LCCA) for medium to large-sized drinking water and infrastructure projects.
Construction and WASH-related Infrastructure Competencies
Design and construction of flood/earthquake-resilient low-cost shelters, benefiting over 5,000 families in north and south Sindh. Installation and rehabilitation of environmentally safe toilets in rural areas of Pakistan.
Installation and maintenance of desalination plants (RO and Solar Stills), tube wells, deep and shallow hand pumps (at source and with extension line), household bio-sand filters, drinking water storage reservoirs, water supply schemes, and chlorination of contaminated boreholes during flood/cyclone and earthquake disasters.

Construction, supervision, and monitoring of dug wells (brick and CC lining), rainwater harvesting ponds, delay action dams, low-cost houses for earthquake and flood-affected families, small bridges and culverts, earthen and brick roads, farm-to-market metaled roads, walkways, large school buildings, village sanitation schemes, fish hatcheries and fish ponds, earthquake, and flood-resilient houses, pit, and pour-flush latrines, large school and hospital buildings, the lining of watercourses, irrigation water tube wells, solar pumps, windmills, drip irrigation systems, and household solar lights, among others.
