JAZAN REFINARY AND TERMINAL PROJECT, NORTH TANK FARM AND TREATMENT DIVISION
The scope of work of North tanks farm Package 7, 8 & 9 of the Refinery Terminal Project is to develop EPC (detailed engineering, procurement and construction) for 87 Oil Storage Tanks containing 56,000 MT in compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards of API 650 & API 620.

Main Responsibilities
• Co-ordinating with Engineering to expedite the engineering documents/drawings submission to client and their approvals.
• Handling the submissions of NMR’s (601/602/603) with engineering / client and accordingly claiming in the monthly invoices.
• Finalizing the orders of project material for procurement that includes Technical and Commercial evaluation of offers from various suppliers in compliance with specifications of the project.
• Procuring the material as per updated Saudi Aramco RVL in consideration of Inspectable / Non-Inspectable items & SAER 1972.
• Preparing material submittals, material requisitions, order placement recommendation and getting approval from client as per Project’s Quality requirements.
• Reviewing ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan) submitted by the vendors.
• Develop a VDRL (vendor document requirement list) for tracking of incoming and outgoing submitted transmittals and documents.
• Responsible for communication protocol correspondence with the client.
• Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards.
• Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non-conformities etc. from the Contractors.
• Arranging PIM & TPI at manufacturer’s facility with co-ordination of Client and manufacturer.

Responsible for execute mechanical maintenance activities in Polycon Department.
Responsibilities:
• Performed preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Condition monitoring and maintenance of various equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, agitators, cooling towers, ID and FD fans etc.
• Fabrication and modification of new and existing equipment.
• Checking of vibration and temperature of plant rotary equipment.
• Overhauling and replacing parts as per plant need.
• Keeping production managers informed of progress
• Prepare daily work permits according to the schedule.
• Good Knowledge in fabrication & different types of piping materials.

Worked as a Trainee Mechanical Engineer in Repair and Maintenance department. Responsibilities includes, keeping maintain all equipment\'s of departments like die-casting, electroplating, sheet metal, assembly shop and paint shop and used to worked by hands.
• Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as Injection molding machines, die casting machines, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, tapping drill machines, compressors & pumps etc .
• Inspection of lubrication of various equipments.
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
• Report to the assistant manager on the daily basis.
• Investigations of equipment failures & in troubleshooting cause of failure.
• Involved in servicing of equipment\'s as per preventive and breakdown maintenance requirement.
