Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and
procedure
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Facilitate payments of invoices due by sending bill remainders and contacting clients
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Prepare sales orders on daily basis.
Debit notes & credit note.
Reviews sale draw backs and enforce sale processes throughout the sale department
Prepare, checks, and assesses the sale accounting records to identify if documentation are conforming to the laws and regulations
Write and prepare sale financial reports to be submitted to the executives.
Monitering inventory transactions
Re-enforce proper recordkeeping and accounting systems.
Monthly stock taking.
