I am responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical systems. My role involves planning and executing routine maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to restore functionality. Additionally, I contribute to identifying and addressing equipment malfunctions and failures, and I support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant operations.

I have undergone specialized training in the maintenance of rotating equipment, gaining comprehensive expertise in both preventive and predictive maintenance practices for pumps, compressors, turbines, generators, and boiler auxiliaries. Additionally, I am proficient in condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, and thickness monitoring, as well as material and hardness identification. My training also encompasses magnetic particle testing and phased array ultrasonic testing.

In my role as an HSE Engineer within the Quality Assurance department, I gained substantial expertise in process management and assisted in audits, risk assessments and risk management strategies update. I developed and delivered training programs, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, managed emergency response plans and conducted drills. I played an active role in performing root cause analyses for recurring near misses and accidents and implemented additional control measures to limit risks.

I have completed extensive training in firefighting, including responding to fire alarms and extinguishing fires using hoses, extinguishers, and other equipment. I effectively controlled fire spread to safeguard lives and property. My role also involved providing first aid and basic medical care to injured or ill individuals and assisting paramedics and medical professionals during emergencies. Additionally, I developed and executed daily station tasks, conducted mock drills, and organized fitness activities. As a team leader, I guided a group of firefighters to ensure a hazard-free work environment for employees and surrounding individuals.

I was assigned to the solvent-based lamination section within the lamination and extrusion area of the business unit flexible packaging department (BUFP). During this time, I acquired a comprehensive understanding of the basic process flow and actively contributed to the implementation of the 5S methodology, collaborating closely with both the production and maintenance teams. 

I acquired sound knowledge of Mechanical Equipment and Operations in four different departments i.e., Quality Assurance Department, Production Department, Heat Treatment Department, and Maintenance Department in two productive weeks.
