Support Manager CP in the development of implementation plans for the approved programs.
Support Manager CP in setting up Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS) at the field level supervises CFS interventions and provides guidance to CFS facilitators to ensure that activities are implemented in an appropriate and agreed manner.
Identify children with urgent child protection needs and support them in the provision of age and culturally-appropriate information and case management and referral support (intra / interagency).
 Where there is an immediate risk to the child, immediately prioritize relevant interventions through a comprehensive assessment and develop a case plan for the required support.
Oversee all field-level CP interventions including but not limited to children’s enrollment in CFS, referral mechanism/case management support, identification of Separated and Unaccompanied Children and their referral for family tracing and reunification, provision of Psychological First Aid, IEC material development and other advocacy initiatives.

Donor and Partner Management

Coordinate the collection of information, and draft funding proposals for submission to HQ for approval, as directed by the PM.

Support the PM in creating and maintaining relationships with donors, partners and other parties as required.
Ensure regular reporting to MEAL department on Muslim Aid regular programmes (Seasonal Qurbani and Ramadan distribution) in Pakistan.
Information Management

Work in close collaboration with the Programme Manager and the Programme Coordinator to develop and maintain systems for recording programme activities and output and provide relevant materials, case studies, photographs, events, and media contacts in line with policy.

Business Planning
