Serving my duties as Technical Support Officer deputed through Inbox Business Technologies.
Giving support to normal and VIP users by through remote, on call and in-person related laptops/desktop, Apple devices(Ipad,Iphone) and hardware softwares based issues in Head Office.
Printer installation/configuration related issues.
Support Engineer
Gives technical support to users branches and non technical staff related systems,laptop issues and also level 1 support for networking issues to South 1 Sukkur region+branches
