Assist Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations & production orders.Working with the Production Manager, develop, implement, and maintain a checklist style system to assure all processes within the production department have simple, clear, and direct order of operations.Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed on time.Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.Provide day-to-day management of all production calendars.Working on SAP which includes making Production orders, Production recording, PR making, Sales order generate, new material code generate, making reservation.To generate mechanical & electrical job notification on SAP & follow up as well with all department.Monthly planning of raw material & purchase material for Production orders.Monthly closing & Reconcile of Production orders in SAP.

Plan, control & monitor production while respecting quality standards.To generate the production demand note for execution of work orders.Develop and maintaining planning bill, BOM tools used to create sales invoices.Support General Manager to implement the companys policies and procedures.Work with the supply chain management (SCM) team to effectively manage and coordinate the flow of all materials.Preparing of weekly & monthly presentation.Timely updated systemic documents & update daily production status.

Develop experiment plan, strategy and execution according to the agreed timelines.Monitoring and Execution of cutting production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.Making sure that the cutting products are produced on time and are of good quality.Planning and organizing the cutting production schedules to achieve production target along with quality.Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

Checking that the production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.Document and update inspection results by completing the reports raw material and finish goods.Approve incoming raw and packaging materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.To Implement the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), 5S condition and SOPs.

Good working environment and there was a good knowledge gain about basic aeroplane parts and engine.

There was good experience and knowledge gain from Foundry and Shipbuilding department.
