·          Efficiently complete the daily census, review and audit of all new admissions, perform all medication reconciliation for new admissions, and maintain clinical tracking (admission through discharge) for all advocate and patients.
·          Rectify errors that may be found in the audit immediately and report findings to nursing management for follow up. Review patients daily for order changes and ensure best performance to achieve optimum results.
·          Appropriately communicate the x-ray reports to the nursing department, review census daily for length of stay, address at Meeting any reason for any outliers. Assist the social work department in planning for length of stay.
·          Manage Attendance as facility representative at weekly and monthly meetings, assist in weekly rounds with advocate Ortho Physician, communicate patient’s information and follow up to avoid any uncertainty.
