Assist Manager HR in recruitment and selection process including scheduling
and arranging interviews and conducting written tests
Completing HR employment formalities with new joiners
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
Create and manage employee recognition and reward programs.
Oversee HRIS operation for data management and reporting.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Optimize HRIS functionality and coordinate system upgrades
Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Pakistan for the private and nonprofit sectors
by effectively managing income tax and all benefits.
Assist in conducting periodic salary reviews and analyses, as well as reviewing and revising the new salary structure as needed to ensure it aligns with the compa ratio.

In faaz my main working is to sale property in bahria and Dha and I was marketing about Faaz hotel marriage halls and aslo shopping centre.
Inside office I have to manage all data about our deals with clients. Organizing files and bank statements of our work.
