I hold a masters degree in International relations from the Department of International Relations, University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
I have been worked to help out the government officers in the Citizen Losses Compensation Program (CLCP) survey as a local focal person in the identification of genuine cases inside villages of MirAli tehsil North Waziristan.
I have worked directly with the local community to promote and support bottom-up development including preparation and prioritization of community development plans for further government action.
Being a young soul of the soil,I also mobilized local community elders to
participate in the post-conflict development initiative for the socio-economic betterment of North Waziristan.
I have actively coordinated with other organizations such as SRSP in the documentation of actual community needs and priorities in a post-conflict context.
However, I also participated in various activities such as the distribution of NFI at different local in North Waziristan and Bannu.
Furthermore, I have also been worked as an Admin Officer on various development Projects in the Capital Development Authority, Islamabad, Pakistan. My job was to supervise all the staff members and arranging meetings and reports for effective use
of the plane for development purposes in Islamabad.
Meanwhile, Being a resident of Tribal District I have participated in various seminars during my Master degree under the Title of Reforms in FATA

This is Junaid Iqbal Dawar. I have been working in Capital Development Authority (Islamabad) as an Administrative Officer.
My responsibilities is to manage office supplies stock and place orders and preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets. To answer queries by employees and distributing and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) was also in my responsibilities.
