Education: Intermediate or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years in inventory management

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Organize and maintain the inventory in the designated storage areas.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of items to facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock levels to the purchasing team.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in handling and storing materials.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inventory activities and status.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (if applicable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
