We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to manage the complete lead lifecycle, from generation to deal closure. Candidate should have a proven track record in lead management and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads from Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Engage prospects through calls, messages, and emails.
- Conduct client meetings to present business models and address inquiries.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals.
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate lead and client information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
