We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to manage the complete lead lifecycle, from generation to deal closure. Candidate should have a proven track record in lead management and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads from Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Engage prospects through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Conduct client meetings to present business models and address inquiries.
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close deals.
  • Update and maintain CRM with accurate lead and client information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
