You will be responsible for driving the growth of our platform subscriptions. You’ll create and implement marketing campaigns to engage consumers and businesses, increasing awareness and adoption of Payeee’s offerings. Your role will focus on both B2C and B2B growth, using various digital channels and strategies to enhance Payeee’s online presence, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Online Marketing Campaigns:

    • Create and manage digital campaigns to promote Payeee’s services to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
    • Leverage email marketing, social media, PPC (pay-per-click), SEO, and content marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • B2C & B2B Lead Generation:

    • Develop strategies to increase the number of consumer subscriptions through targeted online outreach.
    • Identify and target potential business partners to expand Payeee’s B2B offering, promoting our HR and benefits solutions.
  • Content Creation & Management:

    • Work closely with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, blog posts, case studies, and social media content that resonate with Payeee’s diverse audience.
    • Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics:

    • Monitor campaign performance through platforms like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM tools.
    • Provide reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, user engagement, and conversion rates. Adjust strategies based on data to optimize results.
  • Social Media & Community Management:

    • Manage Payeee’s presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Build and engage with online communities to drive awareness and brand loyalty.
  • Partnership Development:

    • Establish and manage partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and affiliate marketers to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Customer Retention & Engagement:

    • Collaborate with the customer support team to improve user retention and re-engage existing customers through targeted email campaigns and personalized offers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on digital strategy, B2C, and B2B growth.
  • Marketing Tools & Platforms:

    • Experience with online marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid ad platforms.
    • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush), and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
  • SEO & PPC:

    • Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and how to drive organic traffic.
    • Experience in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and optimizing them for maximum ROI.
  • Content Marketing:

    • Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Experience in managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and running social media campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Mindset:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and improving key metrics like CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • B2B Marketing Experience:

    • Experience in marketing to businesses, with an understanding of the business decision-making process and how to craft compelling value propositions for B2B audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with eCommerce or subscription-based services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices to collaborate with design teams on website improvements.
  • Proficiency in video marketing and multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
