We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon/tiktok shop/E-bay business operations for UK, USA and UAE market place. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage online tasks, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Hunting: Identify trending products, consumer demand, and market gaps using tools like Google Trends, Amazon Best Sellers, and social media.
2. Product Sourcing: Research potential suppliers, evaluating their reputation, product quality, pricing, and shipping policies.
3. Order Management: Monitor and manage Amazon orders, including processing, shipping, and tracking.
4. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock quantities, and ensure timely restocking.
5. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support.
6. Product Management: Assist with product listing, optimization, and maintenance, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
7. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
8. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
9. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into Amazon Seller Central, including orders, inventory, and customer information.
10. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Requirements
1. Experience: 1+ year of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon operations.
2. Education: Graduation or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3. Skills: Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information.
Nice to Have
1. Amazon Certification: Amazon Seller Central certification or experience with Amazon FBA.
2. E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service.
