Are you a meticulous civil engineer ready to ensure construction meets Stringent- society-specific regulations? Join our Build Control department to oversee projects from planning through execution.
- Conduct detailed site inspection to verify adherence to approved plans and accurate plotting.
- Review construction documents for compliance with society standards and provide guidance to builders and developers.
- Document inspections and compliance issues, preparing comprehensive reports for internal use and regulatory review.
- Contribute to maintaining the highest construction standards in our community.
- Minimum 5 to 7 Years Experience in Building Control Department.
