Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Building Control Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites and buildings to ensure compliance with building permits and codes.
Enforcement: Issue notices and orders to address violations of building regulations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, violations, and enforcement actions.
Reporting: Prepare reports and documentation related to inspections and regulatory compliance.
Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and property owners to resolve building control issues.
Public Interaction: Provide guidance and information to the public on building regulations.
