HR Recruiter responsibilities are designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates from various online channels, crafting recruiting emails, screening resumes, conducting interviews, advertising job openings, providing shortlists to hiring managers, sending job offers, participating in recruitment events, collaborating with managers, and assisting new hires with onboarding.

Additionally, HR Recruiter is required to have proven work experience in recruitment, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with sourcing techniques, solid communication skills, sound judgment, and a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
