We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the furniture industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in sargodha.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the furniture or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
