Director Coordinator

The Director Coordinator provides key support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across departments. They manage administrative duties, oversee projects, and help execute organizational strategies.

Duties:

Coordinate and manage daily operations between departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
Assist the director in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records for the leadership team.
Serve as a liaison between the director and staff, handling communication and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications:

BSC in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or project management role.
