To maintain the recording of purchase, sales & recovery in software & perform efficiently with accuracy.

Required Skills:

Required Qualifications:

BBA / B.Com or any other relevant field.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience
Command on MS Excel

Duties:

Prepare Attendance Sheet monthly.
Prepare the cheques deposit slips.
Prepare expense vouchers.
Checks all motorbikes and cars fuels vouchers and maintain record in Excel.
Making suppliers cheques for outstanding payments.
Posting vouchers in Main Ledger (Bank Payment Voucher, Expense voucher and General Journal Vouchers) in Accounts.
Prepare bank reconciliations of all banks.
Recheck invoices and get signed by HOD
Filling of all the documents (Invoices and vouchers)
