Managing the database availability and performance, including incident and problem management.
Supports completed applications as they run your business operations.
Coordinate, analyze, identify and log unresolvable problems at the Help Desk to be entertained by central support.
Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
Ability to prepare all Kinds of Analytical reports required by the quarter concern.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, online/in-person training, and attendance of educational workshops, Identify and manage operational risks.
Ensure compliance with department and organizational policies.
Correspondence with higher management.
Assess system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
Any other task assigned by the higher management.

SKILLS:

Problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Written and oral communication skills
Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications.
