• Managing the database availability and performance, including incident and problem management.
  • Supports completed applications as they run your business operations.
  • Coordinate, analyze, identify and log unresolvable problems at the Help Desk to be entertained by central support.
  • Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
  • Ability to prepare all Kinds of Analytical reports required by the quarter concern.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, online/in-person training, and attendance of educational workshops, Identify and manage operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with department and organizational policies.
  • Correspondence with higher management.
  • Assess system performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
  • Any other task assigned by the higher management.
