The role is responsible to manage the purchase, rental, or development of properties.
Monitor real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
Determine rental income and negotiate lease agreements.
Manage rental, or development of properties & Monitor real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
Liaison with Government Offices, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders and determine rental income and negotiate lease agreements.
Keep the Management informed on taxes, and lease expiration dates.
Keep the tenancy / lease record updated.
Carry out obligations such as budget preparation, rent collection, and maintenance of financial records/statement and provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to the Management.
Maintain records and copies of ownership documents in respect of properties owned by PCB.
Execute strategic estate and facility acquisitions and development works on such properties as assigned.
Review terms and conditions of proposed rental and usage contracts to maximize benefits.
Maintain a record of PCB’s property rentals and follow up on all outstanding dues.
Pursue cases in consultation with PCB’s Legal Department on litigation involving PCB lands, rented property, etc.
