Canada-based firm is looking for an IELTS Instructor/Trainer For their Lahore office.
Qualifications
1. 5 Years of proven Professional Experience in Ielts teaching
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to motivate and inspire candidates
4. Proficient in using technology for online teaching
5. Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is preferred
Requirements
1. Conduct comprehensive IELTS preparation classes, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking modules.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of candidates with varying levels of English proficiency.
3. Monitor and assess candidates' progress, providing regular feedback and strategies for improvement.
4. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages candidates' participation and confidence.
5. Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends, changes, and best practices.
6. Conduct HR/Professional development trainings
6. Grammar and vocabulary knowledge: Strong understanding of English grammar and vocabulary.
7. Pronunciation and accent: Clear pronunciation and a neutral accent.
