• Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives,
  • Being responsible for all aspects of the planning, organizing, staffing, motivating, directing, and management of the school, including delivering required educational outcomes, PTMISC educational-instructional programmes and procedures,
  • Ensuring the education and welfare of pupils and students by the requirements of PTMISC guidelines,
  • Keep informed of current practices and techniques relating to school programs, teaching, and administration by attending meetings and professional development programmes, reading professional materials,
  • When not involved in teaching duties, to devote as much time as possible to the supervision of the school; observing methods of instruction and endeavoring to improve the efficiency of the staff and the school in general.
  • Coordinate and foster the development of programs within the school to best meet the needs and interests of the students. This includes the establishment, supervision, and evaluation of special and additional, including the GCS, education programs where a child needs one.
  • Assist the teaching staff in the development, implementation, modifications, and selection of curriculum materials,
  • Develop and support a high degree of student morale through curricular and cocurricular activities and services,
  • Be responsible for the effective utilization of digital management tools (Cloud Campus, AsC, Examination Portal etc.) in admissions, managing human resources, planning and executing the teaching-learning process,
  • Hold regular staff coordination meetings to discuss educational and administrative matters.
  • Be responsible for the proper admission, registration/transfer and promotion of students in the school and for the maintenance of up-to-date student cumulative records.
  • Establish a climate in which students can develop positive attitudes, self-regulation, compassion and agency,
  • To familiarize him/herself with the general student progress and to assist for improvement.
  • Maintain effective communications with parents or guardians regarding the total school program, student achievement, placement, and behavior,
  • Assume responsibility for the general cleanliness, maintenance, and safeguarding of the school environment.

Job Specifications

  • Minimum 16 years of education in teaching/educational leadership-related programs, and/or curriculum and instructional studies,
  • Minimum three (5) years of successful teaching in any K-12 program(s), and two (5) years of school leadership experience,
  • Demonstrate ability to relate to the students, professional staff, parents/guardians, and members of the school community,
  • Applicants with additional professional development background (i.e., certification courses, diploma programs, further education degree etc.) should provide documented evidence for their credentials.
