Designing, supervising, operating, and maintaining large- and small-scale construction projects in accordance with the schools or Head office.
Completing construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.
Designing construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
Determining project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs" for better flow, such as "Estimating project costs by calculating labour, material, and associated expenses.
Determining project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs.
Creating feasibility study by analysing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
Confirming adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.
Fulfilling project requirements by training and guiding operators" to "Meeting project requirements through training and guidance of operators.
Maintaining operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
Maintaining project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Managing projects in given time frame
Taking follow up of the ongoing projects related to repair and maintenance within campus or Head office.
Assisting to the procurement department for projects related to renovation, construction etc.
Making availability on weekends and long leaves if the project work persists
Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably graduated from Türkiye.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
