You will be the frontline representative for our company, providing exceptional service to customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility is to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive and efficient interaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communication skills, patience, and the ability to navigate through diverse customer situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Calls:

    • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
    • Listen actively to understand customer needs, inquiries, or concerns.
  2. Issue Resolution:

    • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues or concerns effectively over the phone.
    • Provide accurate information and guide customers through solutions.
  3. Customer Assistance:

    • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating through product/service features.
    • Educate customers on the use and benefits of products/services.
  4. Communication Skills:

    • Communicate clearly and concisely to convey information and instructions.
    • Demonstrate empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries.
  5. Documentation:

    • Record relevant information during and after each customer call in the company's CRM system.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions for reference and analysis.
  6. Up-selling and Cross-selling:

    • Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services based on customer needs.
    • Effectively communicate promotions or upselling options.
  7. Quality Assurance:

    • Adhere to established call scripts and quality standards.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
  8. Time Management:

    • Handle calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in telephone customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems while on a call.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to various customer situations.
