The responsibilities include:

Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and issuing of inventory items.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions in the accounting system.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records and identify discrepancies.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of inventory.
Review and analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and recommend appropriate actions.
Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Collaborate with the finance team to support accurate financial reporting, including inventory valuation and cost analysis.
Assist in the preparation of inventory-related reports, such as stock turnover, aging, and valuation reports.
