We are looking for a Manager Operations to oversee the overall operations of our housing society, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, maintenance, and amenities to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the society's daily operations, including maintenance, security, and amenities.
- Supervise and coordinate with various teams, including engineering, Gardening, and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and society by-laws.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and contractors.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
- Oversee and ensure efficient recovery of service charges from residents, including invoicing, follow-up, and reconciliation.
- Well organized, cooperative, a problem solver who is capable of working under pressure
- Ensure the society’s common areas and facilities are clean and well maintained, including:
- Coordinating cleaning schedule and supervising cleaning staff.
- Performing regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair work.
