1. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the mutual fund's objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.

2. Manage the mutual fund's portfolio by selecting appropriate securities, asset allocation, and diversification strategies to optimize returns and manage risk.

3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to identify potential investments and make informed decisions.

4. Assess and manage investment risks by implementing risk mitigation strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

5. Monitor the performance of the mutual fund's investments against benchmarks and targets. Analyze performance attribution and evaluate the effectiveness of investment strategies.

6. Communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and market outlooks to clients, stakeholders, and investors. Address client inquiries and provide investment advice as needed.

7. Ensure that investment activities comply with regulatory requirements, including Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations and guidelines set forth by the Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan (MUFAP).

8. Lead and mentor investment team members, including analysts and portfolio managers, to foster a culture of collaboration, professional development, and performance excellence.

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, risk management, and compliance teams, to align investment strategies with overall business objectives and risk management framework.
