We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Your ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and promote new offerings.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to customer management.
A positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
